Cloak: Private AI Chat is an AI assistant built by Polyaura that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains what data the app collects. The short answer: none.
Cloak does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Your conversations never leave your phone.
The app downloads an AI model file on first launch from a public URL. This is a standard HTTPS request. No user data is included in this request. After the download, the app works fully offline.
All conversations, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. None of this data is accessible to Polyaura or any third party.
Cloak does not use cookies, device identifiers, location data, or any form of user tracking.
The statements above describe the Cloak app. This website, polyaura.com, is separate from the app and uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. Nothing about the website's analytics applies to the app: Cloak itself contains no analytics of any kind.
